Duplex
If you want to find residential properties in Spain, then you will be spoilt for choice with the duplex style of property. Duplexes are two storey properties most commonly found in residential areas and are normally terraced or semi-detached. Occasionally they are detached. A duplex will normally have a small garden or terrace area and possibly a private off street parking area or garage. Duplexes are often located close to shops, bars, restaurants and near bus routes. They can be located on complexes as part of a community or in public streets as independant properties.
