We are able to organize Power of Attorney if you are not able to complete the purchase personally. We can arrange with spanish banks regarding providing mortgages for buying property in Spain. Once becoming a spanish property owner in Lanzarote it is advisable, though not always necessary, to have a spanish Will drawn up relating to your properties here. With a little planning this can be done at the same time as the property purchase, saving everyone time and money. We are also able to recommend architects, builders, kitchen suppliers and fitters, plumbers, carpenters, aluminium window manufacturers etc and even manage a construction project if you are not on the island to see it through personally.
