Cactus Consulting S.L. was formed in 1997 to fill the need for a reliable, trustworthy real estate agent in Lanzarote that buyers could feel confident that their spanish property purchase would be carried out properly with the minimum amount of risk and maximum satisfaction.

Currently operating from real estate offices in Puerto del Carmen (which also has staff dedicated to the Costa Teguise area) and Playa Blanca, all the staff are pro-active in finding properties to sell. This involves being in regular contact with many of the major construction companies on the island for new constructions and speaking to private owners for resale properties. So whether you are looking to buy a plot of land, restore a ruin, invest in an apartment, holiday bungalow, residential duplex, luxury villa or commercial property, we have the experience and resources to see the transaction through to completion.

However, our services include more than just satisfying the immediate needs of clients who are buying a property in Spain and the Canary Islands. We are able to organize Power of Attorney if you are not able to complete the purchase personally. We can arrange with spanish banks regarding providing mortgages for buying property in Spain. Once becoming a spanish property owner in Lanzarote it is advisable, though not always necessary, to have a spanish Will drawn up relating to your properties here. With a little planning this can be done at the same time as the property purchase, saving everyone time and money. We are also able to recommend architects, builders, kitchen suppliers and fitters, plumbers, carpenters, aluminium window manufacturers etc and even manage a construction project if you are not on the island to see it through personally.
